Bench Charge: This is services that are preformed at our facilities due to the need of more resoureces.

Service Calls: Is a charge for having a tech to come out without any services being done.

In Home Service Packages
$119.99 Windows Reinstallation This Includes Backing up files, Reinstall and setup of hardware, Required updates, & Return files to their proper place. Installing any additional software is at $55.00 an hour.

In Office Services
$129.99 Business Basic Service

This Plan Includes:

Debugging problems with workstations and servers and giving attention to

The base price includes three hours, additional hours are billed at $54.99 per hour
$99.99 Workstation Windows Reinstallation This Includes, Reinstall and setup of hardware & Required updates. Installing any additional software is at $50.00 an hour.
